]]> http://www.richardfrankland.com.au/the-charcoal-club/feed/ 0 National Indigenous Arts Awards http://www.richardfrankland.com.au/national-indigenous-arts-awards/ http://www.richardfrankland.com.au/national-indigenous-arts-awards/#comments Tue, 28 May 2013 01:44:39 +0000 richard http://www.richardfrankland.com.au/?p=328 A great day and evening was had by all involved on May 27 2013 when Richard was honoured to receive an Australian Council for the Arts – National Indigenous Arts Award 2 year Fellowship.  Richard stood proudly besides the others award recipients,  Actor David Gulpilil, Photographer Rhonda Dick and Glassworker Jenni Kemarre Martiniello, and announced that he will use the fellowship to write an “abridged version of Indigenous history from invasion to today”.
